The Playground Process: “Bringing the Lyre to Light”
A Somatic and Energetic Arc to Dissolve the Divide
In the myth of the Lyre, a divine instrument was lost to the world, its song silenced by the divide between the seen and unseen, the known and the lived. The Alchemical Playground is your invitation to bring that Lyre back to light.
This initiation arc is structured around the 7 strings of the Lyre, guiding you from recognizing your plateau to embodying your embodied truth.
Each string unfolds over two weeks:
– one week of teaching and activation
– one week of integration with a practice, field note activity, play prompt, and share

Is this program right for me?
This program is for you if you have done significant inner work (shadow work, somatic practices, energy healing, etc.) and are ready to bridge the gap between your private knowing and public living. If you are still in the Who am I phase, this is not the container for you. But if you know who you are and are ready to live it, then yes, this is your threshold.
What if I can not make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and available in the program portal within 24 hours. You will have lifetime access to all materials, so you can move through the content at your own pace. That said, the live container offers a powerful energetic field for integration and witnessing.
How much time will this take each week?
Plan for 1.5-3 hours per week, 1.5 hours for the live group call (or recording), and 1-1.5 hours for integration practices, field notes, play prompts and shares.
The practices are designed to be woven into your daily life, not added on top of it.
What is the refund policy?
